Report an Absent Student
If your child is unwell:
- Please inform the school via the Arbor Parent App on every day of absence, no later than 8:40am. Click 'Message' on the app which sends a message to their head of year office. Please start the message with your child's tutor group and full name. If you do not have access to this, please telephone the school absence line on 01202 486237.
- If you know in advance that your child needs to be absent then please do let us know via the Arbor Parent App, or the absence line.
- In the unlikely event that you have been unable to contact the school to explain your child’s absence, then please write a note in their logbook and ask your child to show this to his/her form tutor on their return
Contacting Key Staff
The Tutor and Head of Year form the main point of contact for parents for queries relating to individual students. To contact them directly, please email or ring the School Office and Mrs Durham will be delighted to assist you.
Should you need to speak to our SENDCo, Mrs Lambert, please either ring the school office or email her directly on SEN@twynhamschool.com.

Opening Hours
The Students' school day starts at 8:40am and it finishes at 15:15pm
Twynham School Reception is open from 8:00am and closes at 16:00pm
